Purpose
The purpose of the Muskingum County Cultural Asset Map is to identify, document, and better understand the arts, cultural, and community resources within Muskingum County that residents value and actively use. This effort will provide residents with greater access to local cultural assets while also helping the Muskingum County Arts Council identify gaps and unmet needs across the county.
How the Muskingum County Cultural Asset Map Helps Residents and Visitors
The results of the Cultural Asset Map will guide future planning, advocacy, and investment by the Muskingum County Arts Council. Insights gathered from participants and residents will inform strategic decision-making, support funding and partnership opportunities, and help prioritize initiatives that strengthen existing cultural assets while addressing identified gaps in resources across Muskingum County. This information will also support equitable access to cultural resources and ensure future efforts reflect community priorities.
Cultural Asset Questionnaire
This questionnaire requires approximately 10 minutes to complete and will contribute to the development of the Muskingum County Cultural Asset Map. Arts and cultural organizations are encouraged to participate to support increased visibility and access to cultural resources countywide.
